Get your Google review link and QR code

Type your business name, pick it from the list, and you have a link that opens the review box directly - plus a print-ready QR code. No sign-up, nothing to install, and the link never expires.

Why a direct link changes your review count

Most customers who say they will leave you a review never do, and it is rarely bad faith. "Search for us on Google and find the review button" is a five-step job on a phone, and every step loses people. A direct link collapses it to one tap: the review box opens with the stars ready. The businesses winning the review race in your town are not better loved - they just made it easier to say so.

Reviews then pull double duty. They are one of the stronger signals in how Google ranks the local map results, and they are the first thing a would-be customer reads when comparing you against the firm down the road. Steady, recent reviews beat a big number gathered three years ago.

How to use it

  1. Find your business

Type the name as it appears on your Google Business Profile, plus your town, and pick the right match from the list.

  2. Copy your link

Paste it into follow-up texts and emails, your email signature, invoices and receipts. The best moment to send it is right after the job, while the customer is still pleased.

  3. Print the QR code

Download the PNG and put it where customers already look: the bottom of an invoice, a card left after the job, the counter, the van. Scanning it opens the same review box.

One habit worth building: ask every customer, not just the ones you know were delighted. It keeps you on the right side of Google's rules, and the occasional honest four-star review makes the five-star ones more believable.

Questions, answered straight

What is a Google review link?

A Google review link is a direct URL that opens the leave-a-review box for your business, with the star rating ready to tap. Customers skip searching for you, scrolling your profile and hunting for the review button, which is where most good intentions quietly die.

Is this review link generator free?

This review link generator is free, with no sign-up, no email wall and no watermark on the QR code. It exists because asking for reviews should not require buying software.

Does a Google review link expire?

A Google review link does not expire. It is built on your profile's permanent Place ID, so the same link and QR code keep working for as long as your Google Business Profile exists, through reprints, new vans and new business cards.

Why can't I find my business?

If your business does not appear, the usual cause is that it has no Google Business Profile yet, the profile is unverified, or you searched a different name from the one on the profile. Search the exact profile name plus your town, and if there is genuinely no profile to find, creating and verifying one comes first - our GBP setup does exactly that.

Is it against Google's rules to ask customers for reviews?

Asking customers for reviews is allowed under Google's policies, and sharing a direct link is exactly how Google expects you to do it. What is not allowed: paying or incentivising reviews, reviewing your own business, or only asking the customers you know were happy, which Google calls review gating.

Where should I put my review link and QR code?

The best places for your review link and QR code are the moments just after a job well done: the invoice or receipt, the follow-up email or text, your email signature, and a printed card or sticker the customer actually sees. One well-timed ask beats a link buried in a website footer.
